The math: what does your first trace actually cost?
On PropStream, skip tracing starts after the subscription: trace 1,000 contacts on Essentials and you've spent $99 (plan) + $120 (12¢ × 1,000) = $219 that month. The same 1,000 records here cost $140 flat at $0.14 — or effectively $70 on your first deposit with the 100% credit match. The per-contact rates look similar on paper; the subscription is what quietly triples your first month's bill.
Where PropStream differs
PropStream's core product is its data platform — skip tracing is a feature attached to it.
